I picked up this information from the WPA Scanner Mailing list. If you are not subscribed to it you should be. If you would like to be on the list go to the Western Pennsylvania Scanner Frequency Page and you will find a link that will sign you up. This is yet another area to explore with your scanner this time of the year.
